Every few months, SoHo Galleries introduces a new collection of fine art to Merida art lovers. Currently, SoHo is featuring the work of a select number of Cuban artists, as well as artists from the Yucatan and beyond. See images below.

Antonio Ariel Alfonso

Ariel has developed a very unique style of art and imagery!
He often starts his concepts on mechanical drafting imagery, and then toils laboriously with pen and ink, crafting a very unique concept. From this image he reproduces them and hand tears them adding them to his canvas. At this stage more painting is done along with texturing with the addition and fusion of papers and unique painting techniques.

Carlos Camero

Born in Havana Cuba June 1970. Graduated Academia de Bellas Artes – San Alejandro.

2006 Febrero. Reconocimiento por la participación en el Primer Taller Internacional de Artes Plásticas. Cuba- Asturias
